I've been living in a 2001 minivan for 3.5 years. I have a multitude of problems... The kind of stuff no doctor can fix and most doctors won't even see me. Dr. Weed braved the chaos and actually did an amazing job, but he was temporary and I have been forced to visit multicare urgent care 5 times. I have Medicaid but no doctor. I have panic attacks everyday for over a month. I'm taking 9 medications and I can't see a doctor until 8/2. I'm not going to make it. I will continue going to emergency rooms everyday or every other day. It's not sustainable and it costs way more money.

This gotta be the worst clinic I have ever dealt with, they are ruined, when they put you on hold it's like waiting in the emergency room that's how long it is. I made an appointment back in February when my appointment come, I went in for my long awaited appointment to be told I never had an appointment, so I scheduled again this appointment was two months out, today was my appointment I went in and they tell me oh your appointment was cancelled because you didn't confirm your appointment. I never got a call asking me to confirm an appointment, I scheduled my they gave me a time and that was it and I waited two months for this appointment. The medical side is worst then the dental side. My dad has a lot of medical issues and his medical insurance assigned him to that clinic they were rude, and spoke to him in a degrading way and left him in the waiting, he was never seen. He also waited months for that appointment this place should be re -staff with people who want to be there and enjoy their jobs because apparently these people hate their jobs. I recommend others find a different clinic.

There are only two medications that have ever helped me without causing adverse reactions And I'm taking the maximum dosage of both of those medications, yet I'm still in pain and dealing with depression The doctor tried to get me to step my medication down because she didn't like how high my dose is saying that the system won't allow her I had urgent Care prescribed me this medication in this quantity and emergency room so I doubt that that is the case, maybe it is maybe she's just trying to take away from herself and pretend like it's the system, but the way the doctor didn't even care to inquire how this medication or lack of it will affect me, constantly telling me hear me out hear me out, it was very irritating, put the doctor have that attitude of she knows better than you, and also if you can't prescribe the medications at the doses that you need you're not a doctor you're a technician,

Wait times can sometimes be long but this seems to be improving a bit. Dr. Lakin is excellent in my opinion. She never ignores any concerns I have and when I needed a surgery she got the ball rolling on that the same day. I never have problems with refills, getting vaccines, or labs being done. My health has improved quite a bit since I started seeing Dr. Lakin.

I give it 5 stars because of Doctor Cecilia, she is so professional and kind and always cares about her patients and listens to you, she loves and enjoys her job, but if it weren't for her I wouldn't be there, I've had some inconveniences with the waiting time and someone always forgets to put my insurance on my visits, which generates a debt for me and I always have to be asking them to do it, I don't understand why it doesn't work like other places where once you put in your medical insurance it's just a matter of making sure if something has changed on your insurance. It is very annoying for me to be calling every time I receive a bill But for Dr. Cecilia it's worth it and I'm staying there.
